APPLICATIONS
- Suitable for seismic restraint of non-structural interior partitions in commercial, residential, and institutional buildings
- Ideal for partition heights up to 4.0 m as standard (tested on 3–4 m walls, 40–60 kg/m² mass)
- Proven performance in high-rise applications when engineer-specified with PS1 using site-specific Fph calculation
- Compatible with 63 mm and 92 mm steel stud framing and gypsum plasterboard (standard/Fyreline) or 10–13 mm toughened glazed partitions
- Supports open-plan office fit-outs, hotel corridors, hospital partitions, and education facilities requiring IL2–IL4 importance levels
COMPLIANCE
- Independently tested and verified by Holmes Solutions (Project 135114.00 RP 1117 V1.0, 2018)
- Complies with NZS 1170.5:2004 Earthquake Actions, including maximum parts response spectrum Fph = 3.6 Wp
- Satisfies NZ Building Code Clause B1 Structure – Verification Method B1/VM1 for non-structural partitions
- Achieves 191 mm inter-storey drift capacity in quasi-static and dynamic testing with minimal or no damage at 2.5% drift
- Engineer Producer Statement PS1 required for partition heights >4.0 m or building elevations >9.0 m
