With a legacy spanning over two decades, our brand and products have become synonymous with quality and reliability across New Zealand. In 2020, a new chapter began when the Gordon family acquired the business, infusing it with their wealth of industry knowledge and a determined, proactive attitude. The transformative journey has shaped the ASL brand into the dynamic entity it is today.

Since the acquisition, we have undertaken significant expansions, relocating both our Auckland and Wellington facilities to larger premises, and growing our team and fleet. These enhancements reflect our commitment to meeting the evolving demands of our ever-expanding customer base.

The cornerstone of our success lies in our industry-leading customer service and delivery offerings. Many of our clients have come to rely on our efficient support to ensure the timely completion of their most challenging projects. Our friendly team is always eager to assist, leveraging in-house design and estimation capabilities to swiftly address project requirements.

At ASL, we prioritize continuous improvement, constantly refining our product offerings to align with the dynamic construction market. Our focus on quality products and ease of installation serves as the foundation for our commitment to excellence. In recent years, we have introduced over 25 new profiles to our range, including our acoustic InStop jamb profiles, 45mm door suite, faux-muntin and capping profiles. As we step into 2024, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our Hera 132 series, poised to replace our successful 92 Series and featuring many improvements on the already effective range.

Timothy Gordon

DIRECTOR

Tim comes from a background of operable walls and spent many years developing his previous business into a leader of the market. He now brings his wealth of knowledge and ideas to ASL and is leading us as we continue to develop our brand and product.

Zachary May

OPERATIONS MANAGER

From our Auckland office Zach ensures the efficient running of our warehouses and stock within them. Overseeing operations of our wider business and the teams in both Auckland and Wellington, Zach ensures everyone has what they need, when they need it, and his industry knowledge is a great resource.

Michael Browne

NATIONAL SPECIFICATIONS MANAGER

Based in our Auckland office, Mike works with architects and construction companies across New Zealand. Michael has a long history in relationship management and ensuring customer expectations are matched with a superior level of service.

Kautsub Savant

WELLINGTON BRANCH MANAGER

Managing the lower North Island region, Kaustub works with designers and contractors to assist with both new and existing projects. He has a history in sales in the construction industry and an exceptional commitment to his customers.

Niklin Jusuf

WELLINGTON WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Niklin supervises and runs our Wellington warehouse facility and assists with local deliveries in the area.  The efficiency and attention to detail he delivers on a daily basis ensures ASL’s customers always have everything they need, in full and on time.

Joshua Gordon

DESIGN ENGINEER

Working out of our Auckland office, Josh uses his expert product knowledge to support the ASL business, by providing shop drawings, details, markups and takeoffs. This is all to ensure installation is an easy process. He is constantly innovating and coming up with new products, ideas and improvements to every aspect of our service offering.

Charlotte Gordon

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION

Based in our Auckland office, Charlie is a crucial member of the ASL team, offering support to all areas of the business, as well as handling our accounts. In 2024, she is taking on new challenges within the business, branching out into both sales and marketing roles.

SALES & MARKETING

Phil comes from a branding and marketing background, with an excellent ability to build rapport with clients. After many years of running sales teams in the financial industry, then building and selling two start-ups, Phil is looking forward to imparting his energies into the growth of ASL.

Connor Wratten-Stone

AUCKLAND WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Connor manages our Auckland warehouse and facilitates our deliveries in the Auckland region. He efficiently assists our customers ensuring they get what they need quickly and don’t spend their precious time waiting. The upbeat music blasting through the warehouse and office has become something of a tradition at ASL Auckland thanks to his love of drum and bass.

Aarana MacGregor

WELLINGTON STOREMAN

Aari handles the daily tasks and deliveries for our Wellington warehouse facility and works closely with Niklin to ensure ASL’s customers in the region have what they need when they need it. As his product knowledge has rapidly expanded during his time with us, Aari is quickly becoming an asset to our team and ASL’s customers alike.
